the slow season collective
Mini + Me Yoga
(Aka Baby + Me Yoga, Mommy + Me Yoga, etc)
Our OG class. A welcoming space for families to come and practice yoga, however that looks for you. Kids 0-3 are welcome, whether they want to play/practice on a mat next to you (we have extras) or enjoy the in room play space set up. Our class is very mellow and all levels friendly, an excellent way to ease back into movement. Both parents included in the ticket cost.
The Slow Season Run Club
Kicking off in March, this stroller based running group will meet Wednesdays mornings downtown and Saturday mornings at the Larkspur trail, training to run the Happy Girls 5K. We start out with minute intervals and lots of walking. We’ll be following the 5K training app available in IOS and GooglePlay store so you can follow at your own pace and drop in anytime. Bring the babe in the stroller or come solo, you’re always welcome. While this group is free, signing up ahead of time lets me know to wait for you if you’re running a little late.
Stroller Strong
Beginning April 2026, this postpartum stroller fitness class will include blend of cardio, resistance training, core work and a mellow yoga cool down. Classes will utilize bodyweight workouts, resistance bands and even your stroller as a tool to tap back into your strong self. As with Mini + Me, I’ll bring toys for the kiddos who want to get out and move their bodies too. Tuesday mornings at 9:30am at Compass Park.

I’m Megan. I’m a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher and certified personal trainer with a focus on postpartum fitness in Bend, Oregon. My wellness background shapes the movement of the class while my career as an elementary teacher ensures that it’s also a fun and supportive space for kids. I started The Slow Season Collective as a new mom teaching baby and me yoga and both my family and class offerings have expanded since then.
